CLASS POLICY
 
Cakewalk Chicago offers wonderful classes that are great for get togethers and gifts for co-workers, friends and family. Or give a gift certificate for supplies and classes and let them bake you some smiles!!!!  
 
The minimum number of students per class is 4.  In fairness to our instructors; who must prepare their materials and supplies for each class, class fees must be paid in full to reserve a spot for any class/demo.  Reserve your space over the telephone and pay by credit card or mail in check. Classes not full will be cancelled 48 hours in advance; in which (paid students can apply fees to another class.) 
 
If you are unable to attend your preferred lesson, your class fee is NON-refundable and non transferrable.  Please check your schedule carefully.  
 
Except for Wilton Method Classes, supplies are provided for most classes. 
 
Supply lists for classes where additional supplies are required will be available upon registration.

Learn the secrets of beautifully smooth and delicious rolled out sugar cookies. You will master roll out cookie baking, flooding, fondant, and piping. Each student leaves with their own decorated cookies from this hands on class.  All materials included for use in class.  Take home what you decorate

Cupcakes,  Buttercream icing, and tools are included for use in class
Make beautiful buttercream cupcakes.  Skills include the classic cupcake swirl, rosettes and 5 petal flower.  Amaze yourself with your pastry bag skills skills topped with delicious buttercream and amazing designs. This is a hands on class and students will go home with beautifully decorated cupcakes.

You won’t believe how easy it is to create a professional buttercream cake masterpiece.  This is our most popular class.

 Hi Lori,  I just wanted to thank you for the "private" lesson in candymaking last night. My husband started eating the chocolate right away!  And people at work have already started making requests for different shapes. My niece and I took the cupcake class with you this past Saturday.  We had such a great time.  I don't think my niece expected to learn so much.  She loves art and I wanted to show her to another fun way to be creative.  So, thank you so much for the wonderful class.  Also thank you for the great advice on fondant and cake filling.  I felt like I walked away knowing so much more.  It was very inspiring.  You and your family are so nice.  It was such a comfortable atomosphere and that made it easy to be creative.  I will definitely be back to take classes and shop.  I'll be sure to send you some pictures of the cookies and cakes I'll be making.
